Elon Musk is weighing whether or not to launch a public offering for Twitter, according to a new document filed with financial regulatory authorities. According to the document, the billionaire has amassed 46,7 billion dollars in funding.
According to the letter, Musk stated that, due to the lack of response from the Twitter administration council, he is currently evaluating an offer to purchase a portion or all of the company’s direct actions.
Musk has secured approximately 25,5 billion dollars in debt financing through Morgan Stanley Senior Funding and other firms and has stated that he has committed approximately 21 billion dollars in capital financing.
Bank of America, Barclays, MUFG, Societe Generale, Mizuho Bank, and BNP Paribas are among the companies taking part.
Musk hasn’t decided whether to make a public offer for Twitter or if he’ll take other steps to promote his proposal, according to the memo.
